Not quite sure what happened as the label on the box says.
I'm not sure what happened as the label on the box says the product inside matches BUT the product was only a 400mah battery (SDCP-C309) when I ordered a high capacity 1150mAh battery that was about the same size as using three AA batteries. Radio Shack 23-897 Cordless Phone Battery Ni-MH 3.6V 1150mAh - Ultra High Capacity - Replacement for Panasonic HHR-P509, HHR-P401 Battery. about the size of an AA battery and clearly NOT what was pictured and described in the product details for the item I purchased.
