Review on Auto Meter 2604 Mechanical Pressure by Karl Swift

I bought this pressure gauge to check the oil pressure in my car because the pressure gauge indicated that I had low oil pressure. This gauge, connected to the engine with a small hose, reads about 10 pounds of pressure at idle, while my cluster gauge reads almost zero. At operating speed, this gauge shows the same pressure as my cluster gauge, telling me that my stock gauge or cluster gauge is not sensitive enough at idle. It is well built and comes with all the necessary hoses, connectors and cables. It comes with a red or green bulb cap. I used a green cap and it provides just the right amount of light with a nice soft green background. The product itself is easy to install. The complexity of the installation depends on your vehicle.
