They work, but I'm not very qualified to do this repair.
The only problem is the screw kit is not small enough to unscrew the Xbox One controller and I wasted my money in disappointment. And broke the Xbox One controller. But they work but don't come with a smaller screw to remove the circuit board from the faceplate and remove the old joysticks. All I can say is they really work, what can I tell you. But if you're not as experienced as I am, here's what's going to happen with the 6-hour frustration. This was after trying to remove the second sticks.
