Exactly as advertised. My controller is working well again. Please note that this kit does not include everything needed to replace the joysticks. You will also need a soldering iron, solder and a wick.

Xbox remote centering issues have been fixed. Took about 2 months, now I'm having centering issues again, I have an extra one, I'll be replacing it again, hope this one lasts longer.

Returned my Xbox One controller like new. I wasn't planning on using the blue thumb caps, but they do a good job of distinguishing the controllers. A desoldering tool is required and MS used high temp solder on me so a heavy duty soldering iron was also required to remove the old joysticks (I had to set the iron to 845 degrees).

One of the components is misaligned during installation. I had to buy more to fix broken sticks. The sticks themselves are very low quality so I wouldn't advise playing with them. Controlfrix works fine on them. Edit: Another stick stopped working after a few hours. Maybe I just had bad experiences, but both joysticks were defective

I was a bit hesitant before buying this repair kit but MAN! The product looks good, the return movement of the sticks feels great. I just replaced my right joystick leaving the original on the left and the difference was very noticeable, felt like new! For this you need to know how to solder, but there are many videos on YouTube!

The only problem is the screw kit is not small enough to unscrew the Xbox One controller and I wasted my money in disappointment. And broke the Xbox One controller. But they work but don't come with a smaller screw to remove the circuit board from the faceplate and remove the old joysticks. All I can say is they really work, what can I tell you. But if you're not as experienced as I am, here's what's going to happen with the 6-hour frustration. This was after trying to remove the second sticks.
