As a result of my tests, I determined that this router bit works wonders on flattening spoilt boards. The carbide material stays sharp even after heavy use, giving consistently smooth cuts. The only drawback I found was that you may need to take extra caution to avoid chipping the edges of the board when flattening the surface. Overall, I highly recommend this bit for any woodworking project that requires a perfectly level surface.
