Very easy to use in meat
When I roast a chicken I always worry if the chicken is done or not because you can't tell from the surface. I finally got this digital thermometer and have used it twice. The instructions are very easy to follow and very intuitive. I don't have another thermometer to compare so I can't say the temp I got is 100% accurate, but I ran out of undercooked chicken in the middle, yay!
