My cat has a scab on his shoulder that won't heal from licking it. I tried a padded collar, but her foot caught on the back of her neck. Then I tried on a cat bodysuit, but she had a hind leg stuck in it. Since I only needed to cover her shoulder, I decided to give it a try. When I first put it on I was annoyed that the neck hole was too big for the cat's neck and it kept slipping too far so that it didn't cover her shoulder. As soon as I figured she'd wear it without too much fuss, I took it off and darted along the seam on either shoulder. I think I probably reduced the size of the neck opening by two inches to get it to fit properly. It fits her midsection perfectly, so I really couldn't downsize. I could get another one to delete this one on a regular basis but I will know to change it.
