My wife and I enjoy protein shakes a few times a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We can add half an avocado, a small handful of fresh spinach, pecans or frozen bananas, or even some almond butter. Great taste (we love chocolate) and definitely fills the stomach until the next meal.
