Works very well. My daughter is 5 years old and she still urinates at night. It gets tiresome when you work full-time and have to do two loads of laundry every day on top of everything else a parent has to do. I tried to do pull ups again but she was really upset because "she's not a kid anymore". I can understand that. So I showed her these and how they look like regular panties and she was fine so I ordered them. She has a mild sensory processing disorder and says they are not comfortable. I can't help but sympathize with that. So we made a compromise. She wears them every other day. I'm trying to figure out what exactly is making them feel bad. I can see that no matter how hard I try, the paste still comes off a bit, I have to imagine that's NOT comfortable. The fact that she could stay with her cousin, which was very important to her, made her so happy! Here are a few points to consider. - So far they have only been leaked once. I've used them about 10 times so far - While not the perfect solution, they can be a lifesaver when it comes to an overnight stay, hotel trip, etc - They seem almost as comfortable as they could be. - Insert fits just right, and it stacks. - The cost is quite affordable. - They are better for a child's confidence than traditional pull-ups. Given some negative points, I struggled to give this 3 or 4 stars. In the end I decided on 4 stars because they have a positive influence on our everyday life and our overnight stays.
