when i used this item for the first time i noticed that their was a little extra play in the female portion of the battery. I used it a couple of times and became increasingly frustrated by this. It forced me to have to play around with the wire before the contact was made good. finally after about 3 months I contacted the seller and briefly explained what my issue was. 2 days later I received a brand new battery in the box and was told that I could keep the old even though it still worked, but not to my satisfaction. I could have easily been told to bad its been nearly 3 months. I greatly appreciate this fantastic service, and no hassle response to my issue! I have told several people about this already, and now I'm telling you. YOU COULD NOT GET ANY BETTER TREATMENT. Thank you!
