Review on Dress Population Womens Claudette Sheath Women's Clothing at Dresses by Misty Thomsen

I have ordered 5 dresses to try on for my upcoming wedding as a guest. It was my second favorite but I ended up ruling it out because the back cutout was odd. It didn't lay flat, it stuck out. If I left my hair down it wouldn't be noticeable, but in the end I chose the one that fit better. This is a high quality dress. It's heavy and looks well made. It was flattering and true to size (I'm 4, I ordered a small). I just wish it sat better at the neckline. I don't have a short neck or anything like that. Just weird. Beautiful colour, cobalt/flesh. My husband said it would be better if it was shorter, just personal preference.
