Bought the cheaper version first which lasted less than a year before simply snapping in the middle. So we decided to buy this one which was about triple the price. But the quality is much better. It is much thicker and has a soft inner lining. It really seems waterproof, although we haven't had any rain this year to try it out in San Jose, California! Also, it fits my 22ft F250 perfectly. The only thing I would like to point out is that a case this big (and this expensive) should have more drawstrings. Wheel ties or extra straps with clips under the bodywork are really necessary to keep it from blowing up in the wind. However, the elastic trim seems to be holding it in place well so far.
