I bought a few of these for the kids to use on their new phones until they found and ordered the ones they need. They were pretty cheap to order and arrived fairly quickly. They are perfect for iPhone 12 Pro Max with tempered glass. The hem around the front is higher than the screen, so there's some drop protection if it lands on the front. On the back, the hem around the cameras is slightly higher than the cameras themselves, so they should be secure too. One of the phones fell into a parking lot from about 3 feet and the phone fell on a corner - there is a slight scuff on the corner of the case but the phone or the protective glass is not damaged. Not sure how they will look like in 6 months (e.g. fading or yellowing) but for now they are pretty good and have worked for a dropped phone so far.
