Review on 96092K Bowtie Tailgate Emblem Border by Nate Jenkins

Let me describe this item properly as the description on the Revain site is not very accurate. Someone took a piece of aluminum, cut it out on a CNC machine, and then painted it gloss black. The emblem I received is clearly spray painted and not powder coated as described. The paint is already a bit cracked on one side, but in general the paint can be applied well. Color glossy black. You can actually see my reflection in it in the picture I'm attaching. This is definitely not the finish I wanted or expected as the item was meant to be powder coated. The emblem attaches to your vehicle with four thin strips of 1/2 inch wide 3M adhesive. I knew they wouldn't fit my car. The tool box is quick, but since I have a spray on the sheets, I decided to try it, and when it falls, it doesn't hurt. I ended up using some jackbolts and JB Weld blew it through the toolbox and now it won't come off.
