I like how it is easy to use for my clients, that's what I am using most of the time! It does not have any downsides as far as I know. The only thing that could be improved would be more customization options. Sometimes they are too strict with their rules which makes some things difficult or impossible. If there is something in particular that you need then you should contact customer support before buying because they will customize all aspects according to your needs. We used this software at work so we were able to keep track of our customers orders easily and quickly.
