Will not fit every 2 " duct

Bought for towing, https://www.amazon.com/Swisher-RC11544BS-44-Inch-Rough-Cutter/dp/B00H1QXD0A/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2VQO70CW2890X&dchild=1&keywords=swisher+rough+ cut +mower&qid =1585186380&sprefix=swisher+rough%2Caps%2C182&sr=8-1 Although it fits on the rail, the mounting screw holes are too short to fit both screws. I wish the seller had included this information on the specification page. I think I should be looking for a 2" Class II bore and a 1 7/8 ball joint, but I don't see it anywhere. Install and drill new holes in the mower arm.
