I've heard that using a silk pillow helps my hair and face so I ordered this one. It was cheaper than many others but I'm very happy with it so far. I've only slept on it a few nights and haven't washed it yet so we'll see, but it's super soft and comfortable and really helps my hair and face! In my opinion it is good value for money and arrived very well packaged with good washing instructions.
