I love chatter. It is very sweet. It is fully functional. The eyes should move as you rotate, making a clicking sound. The one I received didn't work. I contacted the seller within 30 minutes of receiving the item and the seller made it very difficult to return it and get a refund. First they gave me back $5. I paid $26.26 for this item. I told the seller I would like a return label and a full refund. The salesman replied that he was not working, even though the ad said he was working. The manufacturer of this toy has confirmed its full functionality. They then asked me to return the product so they could inspect it with no refund shown to me. Although the phone is cute, it's not worth the hassle the seller gives you if something goes wrong with the product.
