I love this supplement and believe it has a positive effect on my mental state and improves my mood and lipid metabolism (not sure how to confirm the last part but I did the feeling that I am slowly losing weight since taking it). I give this product 2 stars because it is FALSE ADVERTISED! The bottle clearly says 200 capsules with a maximum strength of 1000 mg. But if you look at the fine print, it says TWO capsules give you this power. It's the kind of junk marketing that makes me hate companies. So I bought a bottle of 100 caps for the unbelievably high price of $29. These people should be questioned about such false labels, and I want everyone to know that they need to pay close attention.
