Excellent product. I used Crisco to lubricate the bolts and had no trouble installing them. I have a factory bed base that caused a few minor issues with mounting the screws, but minor tweaks to the base worked great. Before installing, I installed the mounting handles in the panels, which gave me the ability to hold on while leveling. screw holes. They worked great. I didn't find it necessary to pre-install the screws. I simply held the panels in place, tightened the screws with a 1/4" ratchet, and finished the installation with a Makita impact drill. However, it made the setup very solid with no play or wobble. I highly recommend these devices.
