I usually wear the plus size with shorts or trousers (or 10/12) but I had to return it to order a medium size as the plus size was too big. But Wednesday was perfect! So when choosing your size, keep in mind that you may need to size down so they don't get too big. I really like these shorts for summer. They're great for the beach and even just for wearing on some of those really hot days when I want something really light and breathable! They're made from a stretchy but soft-to-the-touch material that dries quickly and is very light (even when wet). My favorite thing to wear to the beach is shorts and they are great for me! I've worn them both at the beach and on a 4 hour river cruise where I was in and out of the water and they were great on both occasions! I think they are comfortable and cute enough to wear like regular shorts. They're especially good for when it's a really hot day! Another nice feature of the shorts (as seen in one of my photos) is the underwear. This is a great feature as you can wear them as swimming trunks rather than over another pair of swimsuits if you so choose. It's worth noting that the front pickets are purely decorative and not actual pockets. I don't mind because the bag would look weird with that kind of material. Plus, they're meant to be carried in the water when I don't usually want to carry anything in my bag!
