I am a licensed beautician to begin with. I wanted something cheap that I could keep at home so I could get my arms and legs ready for summer. Decided to try this little set. Warmer is fine, it took me 45-60 minutes to heat my wax. The wax I usually use is on standby for 2 weeks so I decided to give this a try. Wax is TERRIBLE! Probably the worst wax I've ever used. It doesn't grab hair very well and I had to go through my armpits a few times and then pluck the rest. There aren't very many sticks out there either, so I definitely recommend getting more before you start. Overall, I'll probably use the heater again, but I'm definitely getting a different wax.
