Review on AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X 64 Thread by Douglas Jakab

I haven't built this computer with a thread breaker yet, but I shipped this $2,000 processor before I got all the other components. I am a little concerned that I received a used item. The box was fully sealed and well packaged. However, when you open the accessory box to find a dynamometer and stickers, the packaging is badly damaged. Similar to how someone previously tried to uninstall the torque driver and struggled with it. I will update my review in July when AMD releases the new rdna architecture and the build is complete, but for now my hopes are skeptical. Don't expect the packaging to look like it has been touched by people before. I took a picture of the damaged package and tried to upload it but apparently couldn't. I am keeping this in case this processor turns out to be damaged. I hope everything is ok and I can upgrade my rating to more stars later when the system is released and the processor is tested.
