I have owned about 6 different pillow massagers over the last few years. All previous ones are dead except for this one. I use it daily on my lower back and thighs for sciatica relief. This one was racing like a champ as the others got louder and the gears broke. It's a little bigger than a regular shiatsu pillow massager, but it fits me. The nodes are further separated. So if you are a small person this may not work for you. I can confirm that I could put quite a bit of my body weight on it and it still twists the knot a lot. NONE of the others could do this without a quick failure. So really good buy here. I highly recommend this.
