Fiber optic link between buildings
We use Lynn media converters to connect our data networks between two buildings that are connected via fiber optic cables. The devices are usually maintenance-free and work well. We have swapped out units over the years but this has been sporadic and may have been caused by power surges during thunderstorms. Otherwise, the network connections are strong and stable.
