Avoton Solution Call Recorder enables simple, efficient solution

It's good that I can record my clients' calls without any help from their side. There are many features included for us the call recording agents as well as its very user-friendly also. The best thing about this software is that it records all incoming & outgoing client related transactions. It provides easy tracking and monitoring of phone calls done by our Agents/Reps during working hours i.e., 8 AM - 5 PM EST or USA Time Zone. You don't have to manually log such logs every time you conduct an audio clip of someone; these recordings will take care of your needs automatically. Some features could be improved with some customization but overall everything goes smooth. I was looking for something which would enable me automate logging of my agent's activities while doing day-to-day work like dialing customer contact numbers but didn’t find anything at that price point. I thought why not try out this product which is free to use so decided to give it I like that it's easy enough so non-technical people could understand how things work without too much trouble. It also allows me do get my billing reports set up quickly & easily. The fact you can access this from anywhere makes day job even better!
