I really like this fan! It was pretty easy to assemble and easy to install. It comes with clear, easy-to-follow instructions in case you're new to it. But it was easy to do without her. It's not too heavy, and I attached it to another ladder, connected each wire, and then pulled it up to the ceiling after checking all the wires. It has a charming yet rustic look and features multiple speeds to adjust room airflow. Comes with a remote control that controls the light, fan speed and can turn everything on and off. It is very durable and rustic yet modern. You can also pull the ropes to turn the light on and off, as well as the fan speed with another rope. It's pretty quiet and a great price for the quality of this fan. I highly recommend this fan.
