Review on πŸ“Έ Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens with Speedlite EL-100: Ultimate Photography Bundle by Bogdan Rusakov ᠌

What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.

Although half a meter is not the most common focusing distance on a crop sensor, I have no doubt that this lens is second only to the whale in terms of sales volume. Naturally, after trying something more serious (I tried shooting at 24-70 f/4 and 35 mm equivalent), you understand how slow autofocus is, that sometimes there would be more sharpness, and less focal length, but, friends, let's be honest - half a 1.8 is a marketing lure to prick for the first time, planting on a line of lenses. We find the prices here to be too high (8900 compared to 5500 for the original version).

Pros
  • Compared to the original and to 18-55, the body material appears to be a substantial improvement. It's odd to notice, but the mount is now made of metal. Excellent sharpness; a three 4) Opening size Five STM motors Six, most likely low-priced 49mm filters.
Cons
  • The pricing remains excessive. Second, the focusing is painfully sluggish here (conditions: "an evening in a typical apartment, ISO 1600, shutter speed 1/15"); I bought it together with a 70D and have it set to 600D for the time being. RoboCop's wounded arm twitched and made a clicking noise (at 600d), while the trunk shifted outward by a centimeter there and retreated if it failed to catch the gaze.
