These chair shoes are expectedly useless, at least for our chairs. If your chair leg is NOT EXACTLY the right size, or for example isn't quite square, tapered at all, they have no chance of working. They were like crocodiles, they just moved around the chair leg until they slipped off. Do I need the next smaller size? I measured several times and was afraid that the smaller ones would not be worn. But even when they worked, they were just as ugly as they looked in the picture if you care what your kitchen looks like. I'm not even trying to get her back; I knew they probably wouldn't solve the problem and I would never have gotten used to the way they looked.
