At first I was concerned because the box was partially opened. Luckily nothing was missing. The things were in another zippered pocket. It was easy enough to install. The top snapped shut. The bottom didn't hold until I took it off and turned it over; I had it backwards. The only thing is that one of the bottom pads is not fully stitched. I like the look of the print; it is matte. The keyboard cover has a nice color, but it looks weird with the backlit keyboard because the printing doesn't match exactly. I hope the case lasts and lasts a long time! It's great for the price.
