I came close to giving this one a star. I tried to use it several times but never charged my phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max). My phone was on their compatible list. I took it in thinking I'd try a different cable and maybe take it apart to see if I could figure out the problem. I suspected the bottom phone stand was preventing my phone from sitting far enough for the charging pads to line up. So I turned it over to figure out how to take it apart. What do you know?! There were two tiny screws on the bottom stand that allow it to be lengthened for larger phones. So I turn the rest down and BOOM! It works like a champ every time! I was so happy to see they included this little detail. I wish they had a little quick start guide or something in the box that shows this. I should have stumbled upon this, it wasn't presented to me. The vent bracket is solid, never dropped or slipped. The product feels a little cheap in terms of materials, but overall it's a great product.
