My time spent shopping at the CAVEPOP internet store did not live up to my expectations. Although the products I purchased were of a satisfactory quality, I was disappointed with the level of customer support I received. The tracking information that was given to me was unclear, and when I asked for assistance, the reaction that I received was both sluggish and unprofessional. In addition, I was dissatisfied with the high shipping costs, which were not explained very well on the website. My overall impression as a customer was one of being unsupported and frustrated due to the experience. It is difficult to recommend CAVEPOP as a dependable choice for office supplies and paper due to the absence of clear communication and dependable customer service. The quality of the products may be satisfactory; however, this is not the case.
