The manufacturing process must be terrible. I opened the product and only after I installed it was metal powder everywhere. It got onto the carpet and the sheets are discolored even after trying to vacuum it. It is very unsafe, especially for my animals. You must figure out how to clean this powder before sending it to anyone because if they inhale it will cause permanent lung damage.
