Review on 🎒 Ultimate Protection and Comfort: Osprey Packs Centauri Laptop Backpack by Mindi Gefroh

So I have an Osprey Farpoint 40 and love this pack for weekend trips and the fact that it zips into a 'suitcase'. I figured the Osprey did some pretty good stuff so why not buy another one. In fact, I only had two requirements: to store my laptop (14 inch) and accessories, and to store my lunch. I mean, that's what I take to work every day, so I don't know why it's hard to ask for. I have an ergo mouse and between it and the power supply your accessory pouches have run out. I had to email Osprey with the measurements and they said 6 inches deep. My lunch bag is 6.5 inches fully extended, which really doesn't happen often. Well they were right - exactly 6 inches, if not a hair less. Needless to say, my lunch bag maximized the bottom and pressed against the laptop, making it unnecessarily wide and only stretching at the bottom. I would say this is a good bag if you only need to carry a laptop, mouse, power bank and sunglasses. , some documents and maybe a light jacket or sweater. The shoulder straps are excellent but can't speak to the back breathing as it only lasted 8 hours before being repackaged. Also, I didn't feel like mixing my pens and sunglasses (since they only have one pocket) and since it didn't help in the lunchbag test it went back. to the bottom of the bag. It has three pockets for pens etc and the internal dimensions of the main pocket fit my lunch bag with some breathing room. Sure, the Centauri is much better suited to carrying larger items with a laptop than other backpack makers, but the Quasar really excels. I would give 3.5 stars but I don't think it's 4 so I gave 3.
