products says region free - tried to play UK DVD and got "wrong region" error message. Edit: After I wrote my review, I received an email from the company about how to change region on DVD player. They seem to just auto-set the US region by default (why they don't auto-set for a non-region player I don't know). Also, I apparently had to figure out a 4-digit code myself, which I had to enter on the remote control in order for a screen to appear that allowed me to go to a free region. Since the company didn't bother to provide this information or instructions when shipping the product, I will share them with you. The code is 1389 and you must enter the code with the disc tray open. It works after that, but it's funny that they expect you to figure out the code yourself. Why not just send instructions?!
