Unlined I'm sure it was due to carelessness but I thought it was lined so it wasn't what I was actually looking for. summer bag. Now I use it to carry my books and notebooks, but I often forget to take the pencil out of the notebook until it's hanging out of this bag. A pencil case would help, but I always forget.
