I have to say that the Femerchi Modern Bra Pads really surprised me. The first thing that caught my attention was the design. I was looking for something breathable, supportive and lightweight and they didn't disappoint. I almost didn't notice the extra padding of the bra, and they immediately supported me and lifted the "girls". They fit easily into a bra and fit very well. While I haven't used them in high-intensity workouts, I haven't had any issues with inserts shifting or falling out. I also like that they come with a silk holdall to store the liners and are easy to wash. Femerchi insoles are as described and I highly recommend them.
