I ordered both the Emolli throw pillow and the Emolli throw pillow insert because I needed 2 pillows. Based on the attached labels, they appear to be exactly the same, which is why I'm posting the same review for both. The pillow comes vacuum packed and you must be careful when cutting the sleeve to avoid damaging the pillow. When taken out of the pocket it doesn't stretch out much so it's not difficult to stuff the pillow into the cover. The alternative to down is good for allergy sufferers or for people like me who hate feathers sticking out of the pillow. The filler is very comfortable - I would say almost as soft as down. The pillow is not very thick, so I put two pillows to lean on. This is a beautiful comfortable facility. I like these pillows very much.
