Very disappointed with this shampoo. Nightmare when bathing because it won't get rid of tears, tangles hair and I didn't like how my hair looked after using it. I ended up only using it on myself and not the kids and ended up with an itchy, dry and sensitive scalp. I couldn't figure it out because it didn't itch/dry scalps in kids, but maybe I only started using it after sodium benzoate was added to the ingredients. I stopped using it as a shampoo and now my scalp is fine. I ended up just using it as a body cleanser but lately I've been having unusual itching so I'm going to stop using it altogether.
