Very disappointed with this shampoo. Nightmare when bathing because it won't get rid of tears, tangles hair and I didn't like how my hair looked after using it. I ended up only using it on myself and not the kids and ended up with an itchy, dry and sensitive scalp. I couldn't figure it out because it didn't itch/dry scalps in kids, but maybe I only started using it after sodium benzoate was added to the ingredients. I sent this product to a friend (really!) who was told by her dermatologist to use it. For more than a year my friend has been suffering from a serious scalp condition that has not yet been diagnosed. I gave 5 stars for the smell as it wasn't mentioned as a problem.
