Honestly, this is one of the worst buying experiences I've had in a long time. Basically I paid $50 for the problem. Stops working after 2 uses! Contacted Revain Support. you are joke. On the phone I don't even know how many minutes they tried to reach the company on Sunday until I told them it was Sunday and probably nobody was there. Revane told me they would call me back when they got to the office. You called, but I missed the call. Called them back but they couldn't put me through to the original person who helped me. Back on the phone I lose time because I don't know how long I'll get absolutely no results again. The funny thing is that I have had a different brand of trimmer for over 20 years. Works, but the blades are dull. Have been looking for a replacement for a long time. LAUGH OUT LOUD. I used this new one twice before it broke, now I'm back to the original.
