Review on Furtive Collective by Gene Rosado

I like that we have an opportunity to work together with other teams within FC for projects where our skills overlap (i'm in Data Analysis).

It's been great having this kind flexibility! Some days it can be hard being remote but overall i've enjoyed working at fc so far - they're definitely going through some growing pains right now as well which is normal when you start something new from scratch :) The biggest challenge has just come about because there isn't much structure yet around how things get done or what processes need improving/changing etc.. There hasn;t really even started thinking too deeply into those areas though since everything seems pretty fresh still especially compared against my previous roles before coming here :D.
