No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

With its pros:
According to the instructions, I processed the pan for the first time (wash with soapy water, grease with oil). More oil can not be used. Does not stick, easy to clean, evenly fries. I think to take another one of the same large diameter.
Some cons:
The handle is hard to put on and take off. Sometimes only with the help of her husband.
