Review on 📱 2022 Motast Smart Watch: Fitness Tracker, Heart Rate Monitor, IP67 Waterproof by Francesca Engel

I bought this watch for my father-in-law (70+) because he wanted to start tracking his steps, heart rate etc. The intention was to buy something at a lower price to see if he liked it he told him and if he would stick with it and then switch to a more expensive one for Christmas. He's a dinosaur and electronics isn't his forte. He likes this watch and mastered its functions very quickly. Every day he tells my husband how much he has walked in one day, what his blood pressure is and so on and so forth. Getting him to reply to a text message in a timely manner was always a godsend. No longer. He sees his messages appear on his cell phone. He doesn't want an upgrade. He loves to! All we had to do in the beginning was download the app on his phone and get Bluetooth to accept his watch. that's all! We didn't show him how to use it or anything. I know it's not an iWatch. but we are VERY happy with this purchase.
