Unusable, no way to squeeze product from tube
This is a ballpoint pen like a pencil, it looks like you have to use the cap to change the color to push out, but the cap is not long enough even if it doesn't push anything out. Very dissatisfied, I cannot use them at all. would not buy again. The manufacturer keeps giving me different people who will not replace them or even tell me how to squeeze the color out of the pen.
