The hose will fit a 2003 Taurus SES without too much fuss. Removing the old clamps was a nightmare since Ford placed the power steering directly under the heater core clamps. You'll need angled pliers or a special clamping tool to remove them without swearing like a sailor. In addition, there is a hidden 10mm nut on the passenger-side bulkhead, which is also often put on blindly. Don't tell me why Ford uses painted steel for the coolant line and not something that won't rust. It's just an inevitable fix given the design. But this Dorman version was significantly cheaper than a real Ford tube octopus.
