It's very soft and came as expected but the buttons are very flimsy and cheap and I wish it was a little longer but it will work, would I sure don't pay as much as I would if I knew it was quality, but my daughter is thrilled to bring Thanksgiving together so I should make it cheaper, which is what I'm expecting from Shane for $20
