I love my knee length sleeves! Haven't tried the strap yet but my right knee might like it. My knees have been overused since I was young (cheerleading, running, gymnastics, aerobics, dancing, more dancing and now teaching Zumba). The meniscus surgery is not enough to strengthen my knee, but I have continued my activities. I have used several different sleeves over the years but absolutely NOTHING has worked as well as the Athledict sleeves. My feet love them. Many Thanks. I recommend them to friends as often as I can. Had a zumba class today and attended two others. It fades quickly but my legs feel great.
