It has been 7 weeks since my ACL & Bilateral Meniscus Repair and I am back to work as a 12 hour nurse and I needed something to support my still healing knee. I ordered a large size after measuring my foot as described in 20 inches. This thing works GREAT! It stays EXACTLY where I put it all day! It feels a little tight behind the knee at times, but it was better without the extra strap. It gives me the compression and stability I need to get back to work while continuing my treatment.

I took out a tape measure before ordering. I'm 17 inches around the knee and 20.5 inches when I measured 5 inches above the knee. The Great One's sleeve cut off circulation in the thigh, and the strap wasn't long enough to fully encircle it. Only worn once but in good condition. No slipping when worn (even when running). Pleasant in duration, about 3 hours. I used their measuring system and it works fairly accurately for sizing.
