Received the item as described. It was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but that is my fault for not confirming measurements before I ordered it. There are no paper instructions, so hope you have common sense. NOTE as I mentioned in headline, peg holes go in the bottom and like another gentleman said, they have a ridge that fits into the right die of the hole and you push them into the hole till it snaps. Don't be fooled like we were and install it upside down like the deceptive photos show on the box and website. Your pegs will be in upside down if you install it with peg holes on the top.
